Billing and subscriptions

Quickleap provides flexible subscription management with transparent pricing and complete control over your billing preferences.

Subscription management

View your subscription

Access your current subscription details from the dashboard:
  1. Navigate to Billing in the sidebar
  2. View your current plan, renewal date, and usage statistics
  3. See your subscription status (active, trialing, canceled, etc.)
Your subscription page displays:
  • Current plan - Plan name, pricing, and features
  • Billing cycle - Current period start and end dates
  • Next renewal - Days until your next billing date
  • Trial status - If you’re in a trial period, see when it ends
  • Usage stats - Current usage against your plan limits
Trial periods are configured per plan. Most plans include a trial period where you can test all features before being charged.

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:
  1. Go to BillingSubscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Choose cancellation type:
    • Cancel at period end - Keep access until your current billing period ends
    • Cancel immediately - Cancel now and lose access immediately
  4. Optionally provide a reason for cancellation
  5. Confirm cancellation
Immediate cancellation will revoke access to your account immediately. Choose “Cancel at period end” to maintain access until your paid period expires.

Reactivate your subscription

If you canceled at period end, you can reactivate before the period expires:
  1. Go to BillingSubscription
  2. Click Reactivate Subscription
  3. Your subscription will continue without interruption
Reactivation is only available for subscriptions that were set to cancel at period end. You cannot reactivate immediately canceled subscriptions.

The Customer Portal session is secure and time-limited. You’ll be redirected back to Quickleap when done.

Plan limits and usage

Understanding limits

Each plan includes specific limits:
  • Max redirects - Maximum number of redirect domains you can create
  • Max analytics events per redirect - Number of hits tracked per redirect
  • Max rules per redirect - Number of conditional rules per redirect
  • Analytics retention - How long analytics data is stored

Usage tracking

Monitor your usage in the billing dashboard:
  1. Redirects used - Current number of active redirects
  2. Total analytics events - Total hits across all redirects this billing period
  3. Last usage update - When usage stats were last refreshed
If you exceed your plan limits, you may need to upgrade to a higher tier or your service may be restricted.

Upgrading and downgrading

Upgrade your plan

To upgrade to a higher-tier plan:
  1. Go to BillingPlans
  2. Select a higher-tier plan
  3. Review the pricing and features
  4. Click Upgrade
  5. Complete the checkout process
Upgrades are prorated. You’ll only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.

Downgrade your plan

To downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
  1. Go to BillingPlans
  2. Select a lower-tier plan
  3. Review the new limits and features
  4. Click Change Plan
  5. Confirm the downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If your current usage exceeds the new plan’s limits, you’ll need to reduce your usage before the downgrade takes effect.

Grace period

Quickleap provides a grace period for payment failures:
  • If your payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification
  • You have a grace period (configured per plan) to update your payment method
  • During the grace period, your service continues without interruption
  • After the grace period expires, your subscription may be suspended
Grace periods are typically 3-7 days depending on your plan tier. Check your plan details for the exact grace period.
